Advocacy supports

The Queensland Disability Advocacy Program funds organisations to deliver advocacy services to Queenslanders with disability, their family members and carers.

Advocacy services help you:

  • understand your rights
  • access the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and other services
  • resolve problems with services and support
  • address discrimination, conflict or unfair treatment
  • make informed decisions
  • build skills to speak up for yourself
  • access essential supports and services
  • find disability support services and referrals.

If you need help making decisions or resolving issues about accessing services, you can contact one of the organisations below.
