From 1 July 2026, Counselling and Psychological Care (CPC) will pause the acceptance of new applications from redress practitioners until 30 October 2026.
This pause applies only to new practitioners applying on or after 1 July 2026. Applications submitted prior to 1 July 2026 will continue to be processed.
Practitioners who are already supporting, or who receive, redress applicants during this period will not be affected.
