From 1 July 2026, Counselling and Psychological Care (CPC) will pause the acceptance of new applications from redress practitioners for a period of 8 weeks (until 24 August).
This pause applies only to new practitioners applying on or after 1 July 2026. Applications submitted prior to 1 July 2026 will continue to be processed. Practitioners who are already supporting, or who receive, redress applicants during this period will not be affected.
