Rental statement

The rental statement for the public housing property you live in shows the balance of your account (similar to a bank statement) and lists all charges by the department and payments made by you.

You will receive a rental statement once a year when your rent is reviewed. You will also automatically receive a rental statement if the amount of rent you pay changes.

You can ask for a statement of your rental account at any time. Contact your nearest Housing Service Centre and they will send one to you.

Should I keep my rental statements?

You should keep rental account statements for your own records. Whenever you ask for a statement, it will only show the transactions since the date of the last statement.

If you lose any of your statements, contact your local Housing Service Centre and they will send you a statement for the dates you are missing.
