Online body corporate training
Our online training system will be unavailable due to system maintenance on Wednesday 15 December 2021, 9–10am.
We have developed a free online training program to provide body corporate members, their committees and industry groups with information and tools to help them to get a better understanding of body corporate legislation.
This course is only a basic introduction to the information that you should know about a body corporate. It provides an overview of topics such as:
You must ensure that you take additional steps to know your rights, responsibilities and obligations under the legislation. If in doubt at any time, you should consider seeking legal advice.
The online training course has been designed for committee members; however, anyone with an interest in community titles schemes in Queensland can complete the course.
The course provides information on key issues for bodies corporate in Queensland and will help you understand the body corporate legislation. However, it is not an accredited course and you will not receive a qualification after completion.
The online assessment course is divided into units. Each unit is divided into topics specific to that unit. Information is given to you that relates to the learning outcomes for each topic.
At the end of each unit, you can complete a unit assessment. If successfully completed, a Statement of Completion can be printed as a record.
Register for the online course
This course is free to all members of the public. After you register for the online course you can begin using the assessment tools. You can complete the course in your own time but you must complete each unit before logging out. If you do not fully complete one unit it will not keep your answers for your next login and you will have to do the assessment again.
If you are already registered for the online training course you can just log in to continue.
