Application for adjudication
You are about to complete an application to ask for an adjudicators’ order.
Your application must meet certain legislative requirements. To help you complete the form correctly, you will be prompted along the way.
There are limitations on the parties to a dispute. You must have attempted self resolution before lodging your application and, in most cases, you should have also attempted conciliation with this office.
This form will take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete. You cannot save this form to complete at a later time. It must be completed in full before you exit this screen.
To complete this form you must have all the necessary information including the:
- registered name of your body corporate
- community titles scheme number
- regulation module that applies to your body corporate.
If you do not have this information contact the Titles Registry on 1300 255 750 before you start to complete this form.
You will also need to provide the name and contact details of your body corporate secretary and body corporate manager (if you have one).
At the end of this process, a printable form will be generated with the information you have provided. You must then:
- print the form
- sign and date it
- attach any supporting documentation
- lodge it with the relevant application fee.
If you need more space to explain your self resolution attempts, the orders sought or grounds for the order, you can attach a separate piece of paper and give it the relevant title—either ‘Self Resolution’, ‘Orders Sought’ or ‘Grounds’.
