How to submit your application
To receive an eligible certificate:
- Read the email we send you to find out how to finalise your application.
- Print and sign your application.
- Have an authorised person (if submitting by post) certify your:
- Submit your signed application, proof of ID, evidence of financial hardship and immediate need by email, by post or in person.
What next
We will review your application and a registry officer will only contact you if we need additional supporting documents.
