Body corporate dispute resolution fees
Application fees:
- $117.90 for an application for conciliation
- $117.90 for an application for final order of an adjudicator
- $247.90 for an application for interim and final orders of an adjudicator
- $117.90 for an application for the final order of a referee
- $247.90 for an application for interim and final orders of a referee
Fees to view an application, submissions or reply to submissions:
- $21.40 for each hour or part of an hour
- $84.05 maximum fee payable for a day
Fees to get copies of an application, submissions or reply to submissions:
- $2.45 per page, for less than 20 pages
- $2.05 per page, for 20–50 pages
- $1.45 per page, for more than 50 pages
The fees and charges increase on 1 July each year. On 1 July 2026 our fees and charges increased by 3.4% in line with the government's indexation policy.
