Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
You can access proof of your COVID-19 vaccination status:
- online using your Medicare online account through myGov
- by using the Express Plus Medicare app
- online using the Individual Healthcare Identifiers service through myGov
- by calling the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) on 1800 653 809
- by asking your GP to print a copy of your immunisation history statement.
If there is an issue with your vaccination record, please contact the clinic where you received your vaccine or call 134 COVID (134 268) if you were vaccinated at a Queensland Health vaccination location.
