Research field work notification form

This form should be used to notify Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service (QPWS) of planned visits and activities by holders of Research Authorities/Scientific Purpose Permits/Education Purpose Permits issued by the Department of the Environment, Tourism, Science and Innovation (DETSI) and/or QPWS which allow activities to be undertaken in the Queensland protected estate.
