The Salvation Army Youth Outreach Service offers a supportive environment where through compassionate and skilled service youth ?at risk? can find hope and achieve their potential. Young people 12 to 20 years of age (inclusive) who are ?at risk? of homelessness or are homeless and / or in need of support. Identify, contact, counsel and support youth ?at risk'. Provide crisis intervention and on-going support through Case Management Seek to reconnect young people into their family homes or into the community as self-sufficient individuals. Young people can enter the YOS program at any given point, determined by their individual needs.
