Rural Financial Counselling Services are provided that are: Free Confidential Impartial Independent of financial institutions, welfare agencies and government. Rural Financial Counsellors assist with: Identifying financial and business options Cash flow budgeting,Financial analysis,Facilitating meetings with lenders and financial institutions. Referrals and information on Government assistance, Referral to Centrelink and to professionals for succession planning, family mediation and personal counselling, and emotional and social counselling, Preparation of an Enterprise Action Plan.
