Parenting and Family Support Centre Women's support service

Services

Primary aim is to prevent behavioural and emotional problems in children by enhancing the skills and confidence of parents and by addressing family risk factors known to contribute to adverse developmental outcomes in children. The Child and Family Psychology Clinic provides assistance for parents who are concerned about their child, or teen's behaviour or emotional adjustment. The clinic offers specialist clinical psychology assistance and practical parenting information as well as individual sessions or psychometric assessment with children. Group and individual sessions are available on weekdays, evening or weekends. The internationally recognised Triple P - Positive Parenting Program is available.
