Call the National Line for service contacts near you. Alzheimer's Australia (Qld) has member organizations or Dementia and Memory Community Centres in Cairns, Townsville, Mackay, Rockhampton, Maryborough, Toowoomba, and on the Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast. For details please call 07 5538 8221. The website provides in-depth information and fact sheets on all aspects of living with dementia as well as information relating to the latest research. Other services include community education, advocacy; training for aged care, community and health workers and support and carers.
