Services

Adopting a holistic approach, Lovewell Foundation champions and provides support to women from all walks of life that are in a vulnerable situation or dealing with its effects. We journey with women, assisting them to access safety, quality health, sustainable meaningful employment and ongoing support. We work from a three pillar framework of "Reset, Rebuild and Reconnect". Reset: consisting of intake and assessment, case management, direct support and external referrals, in order to respond to each individual woman?s physiological and safety needs. Rebuild: through our Better Futures Program, women are assisted to identify and develop their goals and plans for the future by learning about themselves, building their self-esteem and confidence, practising self-care and growing their knowledge about everyday life issues (budget, tenancy, etc). Reconnect: at this stage, women move towards a more intense reconnection with community and receive our support and assistance along their journey towards training or employment, furthermore being matched and assisted by a mentor.
