Legacy - Australia Women's support service

Services

Legacy assists young families, disabled dependants, groups. Legacy has experienced volunteers who provide this support. Legacy is dedicated to enhancing the lives and opportunities of our families through innovative and practical programs aimed at: the protection of individuals and families basic needs; advocating for their entitlements, rights and benefits; assisting families through bereavement; and helping people thrive, despite their adversity and loss. Legacy's assistance is aimed at helping families to live rich and meaningful lives. It includes: assistance with pension applications and advocacy; financial hardship relief for those in need; assistance with home safety and security measures; health and ageing advice; fellowship and social activities; educational support and developmental opportunities for children; and outreach programs for disabled.
