The Effectiveness Training Institute of Australia (ETIA) Ltd is a not-for-profit, community based organisation that is dedicated to making courses in communication and conflict resolution skills available and accessible to all people in Australia. ETIA conducts courses on communication and relationships. These programs are open to anyone who wishes to improve parenting and/or personal skills. They include listening, assertiveness, conflict resolution, values and stress management. Effective parenting is 24hrs duration whilst personal effectiveness is 30hrs. Courses available in most states of Australia. Program skills based taught by action, learning and using emotional intelligence principles.
