Diverse range of legal services and disability advocacy to people who live in Toowoomba, Ipswich and the whole South West. Some Court representation is carried out in special circumstances. FAMILY LAW - Divorce, Parenting, Child Support and Domestic Violence. CIVIL LAW - Debt, Traffic, Motor Vehicle accidents, Peace and Good Behaviour, Neighbourhood disputes and dividing fences. CRIMINAL LAW - Initial advice and referral. Court support in exceptional circumstances only. TCLS Staff do not advise on matters which are personal injury, property and financial settlement, medical negligence, compensation, large commercial matters or conveyancing. Staff do not construct wills but may interpret simple wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney. After hour session times are on website.
