Services
Provides community health services including child health. Services provided by the centre include: Counselling, education, advocacy support and referral provided by social workers and community health nurses. School health nurses Child and family health including baby clinic, child development assessment, Positive Parenting Program (Triple P) and help with breastfeeding. Adult community health services, including services for the frail aged and younger disabled, such as allied health assessment and follow up and home care. Integrated mental health service for adults and children.
