Granite Belt Neighbourhood Centre is a not-for-profit organisation which focuses on improving individual, family and community wellbeing within the Granite Belt Region of the Southern Downs Regional Council area. Providing support and referrals to individuals and families. Supports include Emergency Relief assistance, limited hours care to children between 15months- 5 years. Early Years Services supporting families with children between 0- 8 yrs including Parenting programs and integrative services offering counselling for parents and children. Youth Support services for individuals aged 12-21 years. Family Support Services supporting families with children 0-18yrs. Community Support Services providing advice and referral to connect people to services in response to their needs. Healthy Ageing Support for residents over 65 (and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander persons over 50yrs) to live at home for as long as possible.
