Anam Cara provides a range of support services to individuals over the age of 18 with a diagnosed psychiatric disability. Services are delivered across the Brisbane metropolitan area and out to Ipswich, Logan, bayside and Redcliffe regions. Services include individual support as well as a Transitional Housing Program. Areas of Support ?Recovery focused individual goal setting ?Support in developing or maintaining an experience of social inclusion ?Finding or maintaining suitable accommodation ?Household management ?Daily living skills ?Budgeting ?Shopping and meal preparation ?Using public transport ?Accessing education, training or employment Referral includes self referral option.
