Services

Provides a range of practical support services for frail aged persons; persons with a disability; and their carers. The objective of the services is to improve overall quality of life for those in the community who are ageing or living with a disability. The community based service options offered include: Centre based respite; In home respite; Assistance with daily living skills; Assistance with daily living tasks; Recreational and educational opportunities; Holidays; Emergency support; Overnight/Weekend support; Family/Carer support; Home Assist/Secure; Home maintenance; Information and advice for subsidised assistance for home or household maintenance needs; Community Care Package; Adult Lifestyle Programs; Transport; Meal provision. Locations across Brisbane, Holland Park, Aspley, Carseldine, Northgate, Enoggera, Paddington, Woodridge, Tarragindi, Carindale, Coorparoo.
