Through Shared Responsibility Agreements (SRAs) and Regional Partnership Agreements (RPAs), Indigenous communities are involved in deciding how government programs will meet their needs. Indigenous Coordination Centres Indigenous Coordination Centres (ICCs) operate in 30 locations around Australia. They look after most Australian Government programs for Indigenous people and negotiate SRAs.
