Australian Childhood Immunisations Register Women's support service

Services

The Australian Childhood Register (the Immunisation Register) is a national register administered by Medicare Australia that records details of vaccinations given to children under seven years of age who live in Australia. A child's immunisation statement will need to be produced when proof of immunisation is needed. It may be needed, for example, to help with eligibility for the Child Care Benefit and Maternity Immunisation Allowance. Your child's immunisation history statement will be sent to you when they are 1, 2 and 5 years old, but you can ask for one at anytime.
