Services

A free public complaint resolution service in regard to advertising. Receives complaints about advertising in the mainstream media which causes offence. Complaints can be on the basis of: discrimination (on basis of race, nationality, sex, age, sexual preference, religion, disability, political belief); violence; language; portrayal of sex; sexuality or nudity; health and safety. Considers complaints under AANA Code of Ethics, AANA Code for Advertising to Children and the Voluntary Code for Motor Vehicle Advertising.
