Breakthrough Community Housing Service Inc is part of a state-wide network of Community Rent Schemes funded by Housing Qld's Community Housing Program to help provide accommodation to disadvantaged people. Properties are located in the Caboolture, Redcliffe and Kilcoy areas, including Bribie Island. The service provides secure and affordable rental housing for individuals and families on the housing commission waiting list while they are awaiting allocation of public rental housing. Break Through Housing does not provide emergency housing.
