In alignment with Tourism Australia, the Queensland Government will boost its promotion of Queensland to international markets.
This will include a suite of marketing activities aimed at targeting new markets and strengthening development in existing markets and key regions in heavily impacted regions like Tropical North Queensland and the Gold Coast, where there has been a sharp decline in international tourism.
Study Queensland will strengthen its approach to diversify the international student market and support re-entry from Chinese students.
The #eatqld campaign will encourage Queenslanders to buy local seafood and other agricultural products.
Go Local, Grow Local encourages Queenslanders to spend their money locally with small businesses across their community.
