You can find your customer reference number directly above your address details. It is marked as your customer number.

Tax invoices, including CTP and adjustment notices

For compulsory third party (CTP) insurance, tax invoices and adjustment notices, you can find your customer reference number next to the effective date of the invoice. It is marked as your reference number.

What if I do not have a customer reference number?

If you are wanting to pay a handwritten infringement online and don’t have a Queensland driver licence and don’t know your customer reference number, call us on 13 23 80 at least 7 days after issue.

We can only release the customer reference number by phone to the person who the fine was issued to. We can also tell you the infringement notice number over the phone.
