Queensland Government Agent Program (QGAP)

QGAP office locations - click the map to find your local office

The Queensland Government is committed to ensuring all Queenslanders have equal access to information and services.

To achieve this, the Queensland Government Agent Program (QGAP) was established in 1992 to provide generic government information and services to all regions, including rural and remote communities.

At 70 QGAP offices around the state you can conduct business with government departments and agencies or obtain information about government services from the one convenient location. The offices are single points of contact offering the same level of service and accessibility that is afforded to Queenslanders living in more densely populated areas.

QGAP offices aim to ensure their communities are well-informed and able to interact with Government. QGAP staff provide information, assistance and advice on all State Government, and some Federal Government, services.

The services provided by QGAP may vary, with some offices providing extended services. Please contact your local QGAP office for further information.
