Paint the Town Maroon
Queensland Week is an annual celebration that centres around the state’s birthday on 6 June. This year we’re painting the town maroon and we want you to join us!
There are lots of ways for Queenslanders to get involved—in your community, your workplace or with your family and friends:
- register for a free merchandise kit
- download a range of free resources
- register your event on the Queensland Week events calendar
- celebrate Queensland Day in the Office
- light or decorate buildings and landmarks maroon and enter the draw to win
Share your celebrations using #paintthetownmaroon and #qldweek so we can see how you’re getting in the Queensland Week spirit.
