To meet the demand for skilled workers now and into the future, the Queensland Government wants to ensure our vocational education and training (VET) sector is focused on providing priority skills in traditional and emerging industries and supporting all Queenslanders into good jobs.

To do this, the Queensland Government is developing a new Queensland VET Strategy.

The new strategy will also be Queensland's roadmap to deliver on the National Skills Agreement, driving billions of dollars in investment from the Queensland and Australian governments over 5 years to improve access to quality training and address critical skills needs.
