Apply for the Bridge Award

Before you apply

  1. Find an Award Centre
    1. Check if your local school or youth group is an Award Centre. If they are you can get the application form from them and sign up straight away.
    2. If you can't find an Award Centre, please contact the Queensland Award Operating Authority.
  2. Choose your Award level—Level 1 or Level 2—make sure you meet the age requirements.

How to apply

  1. Read the Bridge Award insurance:

    Please contact us by email to request an accessible alternative to this document.
  2. Complete The Bridge Award participant registration form (PDF, 412.6 KB) or (RTF, 471.8 KB) .
  3. Return your completed application form and application fee to your Award Leader who will send it to the Queensland Award Operating Authority.

What happens next?

Once your application has been processed, we will send your Award record book to you.

Cost

It costs $60.45 to participate in the Bridge Award. This covers levels 1 and 2 of the Award. This fee also covers your insurance, record book, certificate and badge.

You may have extra costs depending on the activities you choose. Some schools and clubs may have an extra fee for additional services—ask your Award Leader about these.
