Transport and motoring customer service centres (CSCs) open for essential services only

During a lockdown our transport and motoring customer service centres (CSCs) are open for essential services only.

Essential services are transactions which cannot be completed online or over the phone and meet 1 of the following conditions:

  • is required within the announced lockdown period
  • will have financial or legal implications if not completed
  • is required to support ongoing employment.

If your transaction is not essential, you may be asked to delay your visit or directed to use our online services.
