Transport and motoring customer service centres open for essential services only

From Monday 17 January to Friday 4 February (inclusive) our transport and motoring customer service centres (CSCs) and TMR-led QGAPs are open for essential services only.

To help keep Queenslanders and our employees safe, we encourage you to delay your visit or use our online services if your transaction is not essential.

Essential services are transactions which cannot be completed online or over the phone and meet one of the following conditions:

  • is required before Monday 7 February 2022
  • will have financial or legal implications if not completed
  • is required to support ongoing employment.

If your transaction is not essential, you may be asked to delay your visit or directed to use our online services.
