During a lockdown our transport and motoring customer service centres (CSCs) are open for essential services only.
- is required within the announced lockdown period
- will have financial or legal implications if not completed
- is required to support ongoing employment.
If your transaction is not essential, you may be asked to delay your visit or directed to use our online services.
If your transaction needs to be completed in-person in an affected area, you must:
- use the Check In Qld app
- wear a face mask.
