Renewing or restoring

  • Application for renewal or restoration of a licence

    Fill out this form to renew or restore your property licence.

    Please note: You cannot download this form.

    We will send it to you 4–6 weeks before your expiry date. Please contact us if you need a new copy.

    Fees – individuals:

    • $699.55 for 1 year (renewal)
    • $1,941.95 for 3 years (renewal)
    • $808.85 for 1 year (restoration)
    • $2,051.25 for 3 years (restoration)
    • criminal history check fee of $39.00.

    Fees – corporations:

    • $396.65 for 1 year (renewal)
    • $1,032 for 3 years (renewal)
    • $505.95 for 1 year (restoration)
    • $1,141.45 for 3 years (restoration)
    • criminal history check fee of $39.00 per person.
  • Application for renewal or restoration of a registration certificate

    Form 4

    Use this form to renew or restore your registration as a subagent.

    You can apply for renewal or restoration of a registration certificate online.

    Please note: You cannot download a hardcopy of Form 4, we will send it to you 4–6 weeks before your expiry date. Please contact us if you need a new copy.

    Fees:

    • $162.10 for 1 year (renewal)
    • $393.90 for 3 years (renewal)
    • $181.70 for 1 year (restoration)
    • $413.50 for 3 years (restoration)
    • criminal history check fee of $39.00.

Replacing a licence document

    You can apply online or can contact us by writing a letter or email as soon as you notice that your licence is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed.

    Fee: $41.50 for a field agent or $24.95 for a subagent.

Changing your licence conditions

  • Request that we change or remove licence conditions

    If you have a conditional licence, you may request that we change or remove conditions. You need to put this request in writing.

    There is no form to fill out. Please write a letter or email.

    Fee: $81.95 for a field agent or $49.30 for a subagent.

Deactivating or reactivating

    Contact us to deactivate or reactivate a licence. You need to put your request in writing.

    There is no form to fill out. Please write a letter or email.

Applying for mutual recognition

    Form 1 – Mutual Recognition (Queensland) Act 1992; Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition (Queensland) Act 2003

    Fill out this form if you have an interstate or New Zealand licence and you wish to apply for a Queensland licence.

    Fees:

    • $1,377.30 for 1 year
    • $2,582.30 for 3 years
    • $160.30 to add another category to your new or existing licence
    • criminal history check fee of $39.00 per person.

Requesting a licence extract

  • Request a licence extract

    You can request a licence extract online or you can contact us.

    The record will show:

    • the name of each person who holds the licence
    • their registered business name (if any) and place of business
    • the status of the licence—current, expired, refused, cancelled or suspended
    • their licence number and class.

    Fee: $16.65
