child accommodation
A child accommodation service is a service with the main purpose of providing accommodation for children, but does not include:
- care by an approved carer under the Child Protection Act 1999 (acting in that capacity)
- the provision of accommodation under residential tenancy agreements under the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008.
