NRL commemorative birth certificates
Footy fans can support their favourite local NRL teams through special commemorative birth certificates.
We are delighted to work with the NRL to make these products available to Rugby League fans across Queensland.
Funds raised through the sale of these commemorative birth certificates will assist us with our community engagement to promote the importance of birth registration and certification in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across Queensland.
You can buy our NRL themed commemorative birth certificates for yourself, or your child by either submitting an application online, by post or in person. To be eligible, the person you are applying for must have been born or adopted in Queensland.
Commemorative birth certificates are not official documents and cannot be used to prove your identity. If you need a certificate for identification purposes (e.g. to apply for a driver licence), please apply for our official birth certificate or commemorative birth certificate package—which includes an official birth certificate.
