Policy Futures graduate program is a 2-year program that provides graduates an opportunity to make a positive difference to Queenslanders through the implementation of effective government policies.

Disciplines we recruit

Policy is a diverse field that requires input from all degrees and disciplines. Whatever you studied—from law to accounting, creative industries to social work—it's likely that your insight and expertise will be of value.

The Queensland Parliamentary Service Graduate Program is a 2-year bespoke program providing graduates with an opportunity to make a positive difference to parliamentary democracy in Queensland and build a rewarding career within an agile and diverse environment.

Graduates will rotate through the 4 divisions of the Parliamentary Service and be exposed to a wide variety of work projects across all the functions of a working Westminster Parliament. In each rotation, areas of interest and growth will be matched with specific projects to provide a program that is unique to each graduate. There are 4 positions available. Two of these positions are for First Peoples graduates recognised in community as having Aboriginal or Torres Strait Island heritage.

The Queensland Cultural Centre First Nations graduate program is a joint initiative across Queensland Performing Arts Centre, the Queensland Museum, the State Library of Queensland, the Queensland Art Gallery/Queensland Gallery of Modern Art and Arts Queensland.

This 2-year graduate program allows First Nations graduates the opportunity to achieve their professional development as they rotate between 5 exciting agencies. They'll be exposed to challenging and rewarding opportunities while building a strong network within the Cultural Centre Precinct.

Graduates will be provided with a First Nations mentor at each placement, in addition to the mentor for the overall program, providing a robust support network throughout this 2-year program.

Accounting, arts, business analysts, communications, collections management, data analytics, informatics, event management, finance, human resources, information technology, marketing, programming and policy.

While this program will endeavour to provide experience in a graduate's discipline, it is important to note that they may not always be placed in their chosen field throughout the entire program.
