Rent statement

Information for public housing tenants

The rent statement for the public housing property you live in shows the balance of your account (similar to a bank statement) and lists all charges by the department and payments made by you.

You will receive a rent statement each time your rent is reviewed or whenever your rent amount changes.

You can ask for a statement of your rent account at any time. Contact your nearest Housing Service Centre and they will send one to you.

Should I keep my rent statements?

You should keep your rent statements for your own records.

If you lose any of your statements, contact your nearest Housing Service Centre and they will send you a statement for the dates you are  requesting.
