Ice use: help and support

The Queensland Government supports communities, families and individuals where drug use, specifically ice, is a problem.

People who use ice (crystal methamphetamine) can, and do, recover. If you are concerned about your own or someone else's drug use, contact the Alcohol and Drug Information Service (ADIS) on 1800 177 833.

Drug help and treatment options: a list of Queensland resources offering drug and help treatment.

Drug education: learn about the dangers of illicit drugs, including specific information about the drug ice.

Report a suspected drug dealer or drug lab: the government is also committed to stopping the supply of ice. If you suspect someone of manufacturing or supplying drugs, contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000. Information can be supplied anonymously.

The Queensland Governmnt has released the draft Action on ice (PDF, 2.58MB).

Have your say before 31 October 2017 on how the government tackles the growing problem, and better understand the impacts of ice and specific needs for communities affected by ice.
