Working for Queensland survey

The Working for Queensland survey (WfQ survey) is an annual survey which measures Queensland public service employee perceptions of their work, manager, team, and organisation.

The survey ran from 18 April to 11 May 2016.

Results:

  • drive positive workplace change across the Queensland public service
  • measure how we are progressing towards our goals and the integration of our public service values.

The survey explores employee perceptions of our workplace climate:

  • employee engagement
  • job satisfaction
  • leadership within the public service.
