Vocational placement
The Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) is responsible for regulating vocational placements organised by Queensland registered training organisations (RTOs).
RTOs must continue to comply with the standards for NVR registered training organisations if they have students undertaking vocational placements.
You will need to consider insurance, WorkCover and industrial relations arrangements relating to the student's work placement.
