Leasing information for trustees

This guide provides information and resources to help trustees manage the leasing of land.

Native title

Before granting a lease, trustees need to make sure that any native title issues have been dealt with. Please read about native title assessment or contact us for more information.

Home ownership leases

When someone buys a home ownership lease, they will pay the trustee a lump sum for the price of the lease. Read about how the purchase price of a lease is calculated or contact us for more information about how land is valued.
