Parliament is coming to far north Queensland
From 9–11 May 2023, the Queensland Legislative Assembly will meet in Cairns for the sixth Regional Sitting of the Queensland Parliament.
A Regional Sitting is a celebration of Queensland’s social and political history and our living democratic process. Attendance is free and everyone is welcome to visit and experience democracy in action. Groups of all ages can learn about our democratic process, interact with their local members, and more.
