Review schedule

Major template versions

Major reviews of this standard will occur every three years.

Smart Service Queensland will negotiate implementation timeframes with individual agencies, when a major review is completed. However this should not prevent agencies from implementing the major review changes prior to this discussion taking place.

Minor template versions

Minor reviews will occur annually.

Agencies must comply with and remain no more than three minor version reviews in arrears to the Consistent User Experience (CUE) Standard and template.
Major reviews override minor versions.
