1.2.12 Legals and links to the Queensland Government Gateway

The footer of each screen provides links to legal and intellectual property information and links to the Queensland Government Gateway. All text within the footer will be centred.

The footer is comprised of the following sections:

• Section One hyperlinks to:
  • Copyright
  • Disclaimer
  • Privacy/Security
  • Legal statement (optional) this is to be used for agencies requiring a legal statement link in addition to the copyright, disclaimer and privacy/security notices.
  • Access keys
  • Other languages (optional)
    
    • the flags icon bundled with the CUE template should be displayed along side the text
    • agencies may link to the other languages information on the Gateway at: /languages/.
• Section Two:
  • Copyright statement, e.g. © The State of Queensland (insert agency name in full, i.e. including Department of) 2004.
• Section Three hyperlink to:
  • Queensland Government, title text - 'Link to Queensland Government (www.qld.gov.au)'
