Help consistency
Agencies are required to provide generic help information on their websites via a link from the utility navigation, see section 1.2.3 Site utilities.
It is recommended that the generic help content is integrated into agency web environments as the basis for help.
Agency specific help content may be developed independently although it should follow the same principles and style as the generic help.
