- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with tight and often conflicting timelines in a complex environment.
- Proven strong editorial skills, including attention to detail and proofreading skills, and the ability to write content for the web using a predefined style guide.
- Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability in building good working relationships.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service and a proven ability to deliver projects that meet client needs.
- Demonstrated understanding of:
- internet functionality and the concept of user-centred design in relation to structuring and developing online content.
