Summary

The purpose of Engaging Queenslanders: Evaluating community engagement is to assist public officials at all levels to evaluate community engagement activities.

This resource recognises that the process of evaluation can vary from a relatively small but purposeful assessment of a program to a more formalised evaluation study. Rather than presenting a prescriptive approach, this resource encourages good judgement in matching the methods of evaluation with the objectives of the engagement program.

It provides guidance in:
