Counters

The Queensland Government Agent Program (QGAP) is a network of 68 "one-stop" government service shops located in rural and remote communities across the state.

The service counters provide vital face-to-face contact points for customers in areas where access to community services is limited.

Currently there are over 400 services from all tiers of government delivered through QGAP agents across the state with additional services continually being added to benefit isolated communities.
