It is a single point of contact for customers wanting to find services via the telephone, email, facsimile, integrated voice response and standard mail.

Through the Contact Centre, customers can make payments and receive information from a range of government departments during a single transaction.

With the latest independently conducted market research returning a 94 per cent customer satisfaction rating across all of Smart Service Queensland's delivery channels. The Contact Centre is establishing itself as a leader in service delivery excellence.

Currently over 180 services are being delivered through Smart Service Queensland, with more being added on an ongoing basis.
