Accessing Smart Service Queensland

Every day, thousands of people need to access Queensland Government services and information. Many of these people also need to conduct their transactions quickly and easily.

To cater for these needs, Smart Service Queensland delivers services through a range of channels:

  • Online: a website delivering 24 hour transactions and information

  • Contact Centre: a single point of contact for people wanting to find services via the telephone, email, facsimile, integrated voice response and standard mail enquiries

  • Counters: 68 one-stop government service shops located in rural and remote communities across the state
